You get what you pay for
Delivered wrapped in cardboard and plastic, but soaking wet under the wrapping and with mould growing. Reasonably solid, albeit nailed together as opposed to screwed. Will require a deal of preparatory work, drying out, sanding down and staining before they can be hung. Given it is some £50 cheaper than the competition, reasonable value, but I would have preferred to pay more for a better product.

great gate
gate arrived very good packaged.No problem fitting,gave it a coat of wood stain and it looks the biz very pleased with this product a would recommend it.

Sturdy Gate
Better quality than expected. Good construction, very sturdy and heavy. Should last well. Wasn't informed at any stage of delivery date, so turned up while I was out.

Quite tricky to assemble
This proved very tricky to assemble as the screws provided aren't long enough for the job. Attaching the trellis at the side of each arch was the most challenging. It's a 2 or possibly 3 man job. In the end had to glue some of the joints. Now it's together it looks great but needed careful handling to put in place so that it didn't come apart as it did on s number of occasions during assembly. Needed plenty of post fix in the ground in deep holes to get it secure. Now it looks fantastic. If you like a challenge, this is for you.

Grange Timber Side Entry Arched Gate
This is a well-made, solid, wooden gate, far more substantial than I expected at the price. I was lucky enough to get it at a reduced price in the sale and it was delivered very quickly. There are no signs of warping as reported by other reviewers, I had to spend a little time sanding down the 'sawn edges' before painting it. Overall, a good product at a good price.

Disappointed in this product, the gate warped badly after only two weeks.

Poor quality control
Top of gate was poorly finished...arch at the top of gate wasnt cut symetrically which meant gate looked lop sided. Would have expected better quality control for what is quite an expensive gate.

Good gate
Great gate, managed to fit myself, slightly more orange than pictured. Was more disappointed that it said we couldn't buy instore or delivered to store and then went to get hinges and posts and found the same gate next to the posts.....
