No fixings
Grohe Bau semi pedestal basin comes in 2 boxes. There are wall fixings provided for the pedestal but NOT for the basin. I assumed this was an error. 4 phone calls, several emails and a month down the line I still had no resolution ( promised contact from manufacturer failed to happen x2) so bought a second unit with a view to returning the first. This arrived - still no wall fixings. Seems likely they just don't include them. Have never been advised of this during website purchase or subsequently. Why not say "you'll need these too"? Have now ordered separately from a different company at additional cost of £25. Very frustrating.
