Just received it, looks to be a return. Dont appreciate paying nearly £400 for an item that's been dumped into the box. Hopefully the reason it was returned has been rectified and no parts are missing, only time will tell. No problems with the tap though, looks like a nicely made strong tap.

Really Smart Tap
Works nicely. We still have lead pipe from the street so wanted to put a filter tap in. Had to put adaptors on which bit annoying but not too much trouble can get them easily enough with bit of googling on what I needed. Overall very happy the pull out spout thing was an added bonus, wifes very happy with that.

dripping filtered water
After installation by a qualified plumber this brand new tap drips filtered water and it continues to flow some filtered water for approximately 20 seconds after closing the tap. Grohe service centre was phoned immediately, they said it would stop after 24 hours, it did not stop and the forms required to claim under warranty were filled in and sent off 7 days ago and still no word from Grohe. Very poor service.
