Very poor product
Bought this tap after much research in store as I wanted a pullout tap but only if it worked on low pressure. The advertising in the store stated 'suitable for high and low pressure'. When I tried to fit it, it became very clear that this was for high pressure only! Very unhelpful B&Q! They did do a quick refund BUT its a 30 mile round trip to return it! Also the construction and assembly of this tap would require a degree in mechanical engineering, very complex , beware and avoid
