Before changing the fitting switch off main shutoff valve
Before installation, water should be rinse through the pipe to remove any residue. Damage on the product can be avoided.
"CAUTION! Do not overtighten screw connections, even with the seal inserted, to avoid damage."
Check at regular intervals to make sure that the installation is not leaking.
Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring agents, organic solvents or acidic cleaners, limescale removers, household vinegar or cleaners containing acetic acid for cleaning.

This product is a best fit although not perfect
I bought this product as my tap was leaking. This was the closest I could get to my original tap. It is a lot smaller and not as stylish, but it fits the bill for now.

Lovely quality tap. Easy to fit (anyone can do it)
I bought this tap for our utility about a year ago and love it so much that I need it also in my kitchen. It’s smooth sleek shiny chrome design and quality manufacturing give smooth operation, good water pressure and easy fit installation (yes- we were sceptical of fitting our own kitchen tap but seriously the kids could do this one….) saves you more on a plumber than you pay for the tap. I don’t think you can beat Grohe for quality at the price point. We are very happy with our “duet” of taps.

The product is good but not necessarily universal.
I purchased this as it was like for like. I presumed it would fit my old one as a replacement. However on the day of installation it transpired that the existing one’s hole was slightly larger and made it wobbly and unsuitable. So it was returned.

Awful
Tap was awful it leaked and this fault is very common with this product. Had it fitted by a plumber on Sunday and had to have it removed and replaced on Monday! Very disappointing when known fault. Should not be sold anymore!!

Users love them.
I have fitted a few of these and they are excellent value for money. Customers think they could be much more expensive. Only thing to be aware is is that standard copper tails don't work on these. You need flex hose/threaded pipe connectors.

Could do better.
Very disappointed by the fact that my plumber was unable to install it!! One of the fittings was not fit for purpose and therefore I have to return it to store. It is advertised as being an ‘easy fix’ , ironic really!!

Terrible product - leaked out of the box
I’ve bought two of these both fitted by a professional plumber both leaked (manufacturer error). I’m not taking my chances on a third.
