Handy Size Board for Repairs
BertySmalls - 2 months ago
Had to buy moisture resistant to replace board that had mould on it both sides after starting on the rotten kitchen left in our recent house purchase.
Found B&Q to be the only supplier doing the smaller size pieces, which are ideal for repairs. Good quality and strong although you have to sort through the pieces as some have been damaged being placed on the rack.

I used it for small jobs like building a cleaning cupboard and for renewing the cavity closures around the windows
Good stuff, but Pricey for a small amount

I only needed a small piece, and it's easy to handle in small sheets, but a bit pricey.

I dont see point of this size why not just do this size 6x3 1008 x 900 this size spans joists better and much easier given full marks for boards they good product for bathroom walls works out cheaper in building merchants for 6x3 easy to put up full size or 6x3 cant do alot with this size sopouse it be ok for patch job
Strange price point

I don't understanding the pricing of this product, I mean you could buy 1 sheet of 1.2m x 2.4m for more or less the same price and cut it into 4x pieces, and have 4x the amount. I guess its for people who only need a one off sheet of 1.2m x 0.6m for one small job that don't have the space to cut up a large sheet?... odd
