Poor design, poorly made
The lights look good - that's their ONLY good feature. The design is awful, with virtually no clearance between the transformer and casing meaning wires are trapped. Wires between the four lamps are just cable tied together with nothing to keep them in place, making it very difficult to assemble without trapping them. Wires have to enter from end (no option of centre entry) meaning if you are fitting in the centre of a room it has to be offset. Light output is poor. Supplied screws should be thrown straight into the bin - impossible to get any degree of torque on them without wrecking the heads. Mounting plate and main body are a poor fit - difficult to assemble even on the ground, and a million times more awkward at the top of a set of steps. Although marked as double insulated, these are all metal construction, with live wires going into terminals - I'd feel a lot safer having an earth on them! Very minor design changes could have made a world of difference! Would definitely not buy these or anything else from the same range again.

Looks lovely turned on
Very pleased with the way it looks in my kitchen and I don’t have any buzzing sounds when turned on so maybe I am the lucky one only down fall is I wish you could change the bulbs if they go as this wasn’t clear then I was reading the box

Very bad design

luminaire avec 1 bonne puissance et orientable mais rapidement tombe en panne les 4 spots scintillent sans aucune puissance d'eclairage .tres decu

Very poor product
These spots offer very poor light and the bulbs cannot be replaced. Wish I had read the small print. My advice is buy something else

Reste allumé ... même éteint
produit de bonne qualité avec une belle finition. L éclairage est suffisamment puissant pour une chambre d ado et L’orientation des spots permet un éclairage « Multizone » très efficace. Un énorme problème : lorsqu on éteint ce spot, les leds continuent d émettre une légère lumière.... elles ne s éteignent donc jamais réellement ...

Hades 4 lamp spotlight
This lamp makes a loud buzzing noise when it is switched on. Not sure whether it is just this lamp but I will exchange it and try another. If it persists I will have to change the entire unit for a different brand. All very inconvenient!!!

Poor product
Both 2 of these for our kitchen and agree with the other reviews, that this is a very poor product. Yes you cannot change the lightbulbs and there is a humming noise from transformers. On top of that, the lights on one of them started to flick after about 2 months. Did notice when I took it down, that this is a Kingfisher (owner of B&Q) own product, which kind of making it even worse.
