This Hammerite paint is a great choice to give your home exterior a refresh with a durable, corrosion resistant decorative coating. Hammerite makes aged rust look great.
I bought this product to paint the metal rings around a half barrel I bought to use as a garden pond. The rings were rusted with age and needed to be treated I bought Hammerite because I knew I could treat the rusted metal direct and the finish would look good while preserving the metal. The texture preserves the rusted look of the rings and the paint was easy to apply and coverage was excellent, going on smoothly Durability - I expect the paint to preserve the metal for a few years and I have plenty over for next time.

Great for covering up rusty metal parts.
Used to paint our wrought iron gate that was looking a little worst for wear. The gate had some rusty areas which were just wire brushed before painting. No primer was needed but did do a thick coat. Gate looked really good once finished. It took a while painting using a small brush but the time spent was well worth it for the finish.

Hammertoe metal paint
This paint did a great job of refreshing old gate posts. The hard work was sanding down the posts and Hammerite did the rest. Well worth the effort.

Bought to cover some rusty metal did the job perfectly not cheap but worth the money
