Repair Radiator Air Vent and Blank Plug holes
Bought this product to repair rusting and stained paintwork to my radiators around the air vent and blank plug positions. Having cleaned off and neutralised the area i applied around 3 coats to lap the existing surface with the new paint. While not an easy repair the product gave me the result i was looking for without being to obvious.

Hammerite is the go to for rusted surface paint
Bought this to touch up a surface that had been damaged mechanically and had previously been painted with the same paint. These days I do prefer to swap to the water based version of hammerite which I find to be slightly superior to this one (longer warranty, easier to use/clean tools, etc).

Does what it says on the tin...direct to metal paint. Only issue is ...the advert Says its Gloss...but the Tin says smooth white ...and its matt actually .

Great paint and not just for gates !. Would recomm
This brilliant paint and not just for painting railings and gates! I bought it to repaint my metal flowers for my garden . The old paint was peeling off and were rusty. I removed all the old paint and sanded them down. They were as good as new.really pleased with the end result.

Not white
I bought this product to coat pipes that rust kept coming through. The product went on a bit drippy but the finish was fantastic and very smooth, the pipes looked plastic coated however as the product dried it went more of a cream colour than white. I thought it may have been due to the rust but even on a second application where there was no rust the product still appears cream which is very visible against a brilliant white background

Doesn’t do what it says on the tin i.e. Smooth!!
This paint was like treacle, not a smooth finish at all, thankfully we were only touching up some rust around the water outlet connector on a radiator. Would NOT recommend this product to paint a full radiator.
