This diamond white stone effect upstand from HI-MACS® creates a join between the worktop and the wall, helping to disguise any gaps and uneven walls. This upstand has been designed to match the worktops within the range to create a neat and seamless finish and are a great alternative to tiling.
- Refer to the instruction manual. According to the instruction MyWorktop see point 10 ("Use and Care")
- Apply the adhesive on the back side of the upstand and place against the wall. Press firmly for as long as indicated in the adhesive manual for proper bonding
- Guarantee - 10 years

Glad I chose this and B&Q fitters.
I bought this end of 2023. Fitted by B&Q fitters. Chose this product because I wanted a seamless join as I have an L shaped worktop. Perfect join. Really pleased. Spilt red wine and curry on it. No stain. So all good.

Scratches but can be sanded.
This material is usually called korian. Most joiners refused to work with initially when I mentioned acrylic ,himac etc. It easy to work with than laminate worktop. Doesn't need any special blade to cut it. It is not as smooth as quartz. Sctratches easily but could be sanded as many times you want. One glue tube enough to make 3 joints if joiner know how to use it. Take length in to account as they are only 2200mm. What I paid for 3 worktop is now price of one , which is why 4 stars lol.
