Dishwasher
Very quiet dishwasher. One problem is if you pull the bottom drawer out a bit to fast it slides right off on to the floor. Especially when fully loaded. All my plates tipped out. Luckily not a single one broke. Took an awful lot of salt first time on filling. I like the auto switch off function. Great dishwasher otherwise.

Hisense dishwasher
I had high hopes for my purchase but was left disappointed. In the picture of the dishwasher there was a cutlery basket aswell as the tray at the top of the machine which is what I wanted. It didn’t come with one . My plates are too large so the upper basket needs moved to the top setting which is fine until you try to put glasses in and they don’t fit because of the cutlery section at the top. It has a setting for the door to open at the end ( which my daughter recommended not this brand that she had but expected it to be 5* like hers mistake) items still don’t dry any better with this option. Overall very disappointing. If I could send it back I would. But I now have to struggle with this for a number of years till I can get another one.

Awful reliability - avoid at all costs
Bought in March 2021. The machine has failed a total of 5 times. The latest coming out of warranty. Please avoid. When it works = great. But it should not fail 5 times....

Good dishwasher
I have not given this a 5 star qs ai had a few initial issues with this appliance. The wheels and the back part that stabilise and raises the dishwasher was stuck. We had to get an engineer out to fix it. I have to commend Hisense on organising this for us and after approx 10days from the initial purchase it was sorted. We do understand people are busy and we had to wait. We have to give the engineer a special mention but honestly I don’t think I caught his name because he was here to get the job done and move on to the next. He was on time and worked fast. Thank you to him and Hisense for sorting the issues out. We appreciate it.

Hisense mostly great.
I bought this dishwasher early December, the lead to the plug was too short, he said it was the third that day. I had to get an electrician to make alterations. All working now and I'm very pleased. But extra cost!!!

Some disappointments
Pleased with the dishwasher apart from if I put dinner plates in the rotor arm snags on them and so doesn't rotate. Also the places for putting mugs dont have sufficient angle on them so the water collects on the bases and doesn't dry off properly

Not impressed
I bought this to replace my Hisense freestanding dishwasher. Unfortunately, it is not of the same quality, it's flimsy. It works very well though.

Good dishwasher
Bought the dishwasher about a month ago to replace an aged one. This new dishwasher is quiet and energy efficient compared to my older one. Haven't tried all the available programs yet and some I may never need. All in all a good machine.

Worked as expected
First time of use today, it took a couple of try’s to get it working but once we mastered that it cleaned to a very good standard
