Excellent product
Screwed it down easily, it created a decent solid structure to title on. It has done flex which is good but I had to check for mild dips and level over the top in some places (that’s because of my uneven floor beneath. I will buy it again. Only thing is, it didn’t say about using once certain screws (normal dry wall screws aren’t right for this flooring job because they would rust / snap but otherwise excellent,
