Leaks like a sieve
Don't waste your money. We have two and both leak heavily.

Very poor quality
The trigger unit has locked twice in 3 years requiring a replacement. The lance has been kept out of the sun and removed indoors during winter months. As previously reported, the lance has failed where it enters the trigger unit. Avoid as it is likely to fail during the warranty period and again just outside the warranty period..Very poor quality.

Not robust at all
I have bought this product twice - the functions are great, but the Lance is flimsy and has a couple of weak points (trigger to Lance and Lance telescope) which break very easily (even through normal use) - the metal work hardens and becomes brittle or the plastic connectors on the Lance fracture.

Poor quality
I loved this product and initially thought it was good value. However, unfortunately after just over 1 year, having been kept inside overnight, the trigger handle has snapped making the product useless.

Do Not Buy
Had mine just over a year and the locking plastic nut has cracked making the lance unusable. Cheap quality from Hozelock :/

Shocking quality
Hozelock should be ASHAMED. The quality of Hozelock products compared with a few years ago is dire. My old (about 20 years) spray wand gave up the ghost after long and frequent use. So I bought a new one. Not cheap as it's Hozelock. It's light as a feather, nowhere near as sturdily built. Six months on, it's defective. The on/off switch doesn't work properly, so if it's on it sprays full power, and if you click it off, it sprays half power. Useless, tatty piece of Chinese plastic trash. Hozelock should be ashamed that they've allowed the bean counters to direct operations, so that money and profit counts and nothing else matters.
