Very satisfied.
At 75 years I guess tackling the installation of this unit should have been a chore but following the guidelines and common sense made it a joy. This is a quality toilet and cistern (which came complete). I can't believe how quiet it is, both flush and refill. No problems at all.

The toilet seat is poor quality
The toilet seat that comes with the toilet is very poor quality and moves when sitting on it. It looks to be too small for the toilet

Great toilet.
Bought this toilet to refurb a small bathroom. Cistern parts were already fitted and easily attached to the toilet basin. Seat easy to fit and comfortable to use once toilet was installed. Very happy with my purchase

Great toilet, but very heavy!
I bought this toilet to replace the 20-30 year-old loo in my bathroom, which I'm currently refurbishing. I really liked the one on display in the shop, and I think the design is very stylish. The first thing I noticed when I tried to put the box in my trolley was the weight- 35 kilos! I pretty much had to drag the box home. Fitting it was pretty straightforward (apart from the weight!). It comes with all the cistern components pre-assembled. The only thing which needed adjustment was the length of the flush actuator push rods. I had no problems with the foam doughnut sealing washer. The water inlet is recessed, so it definitely needs a flexible 1/2" tap connector, which needs to be fitted before the WC is pushed back against the wall. One minor improvement might be the ability to fit the fill valve either on the right or the left- there are holes on both sides of the cistern support ledge for this, but only one hole in the cistern itself. In my case, the left-hand entry was fine, however, as my soilpipe connection is to the right. I found the seat hinges easy to fit, unlike other reviewers- maybe the design has changed? In my case, they had expanding fixings which grip the hole as you tighten the screws. The seat itself is very comfortable, and the quick-release mechanism is a great idea for cleaning! But the seat cover does look a bit fragile, so I wouldn't like to stand on it. Overall, I'm really happy with this loo, the only issue being the sheer weight of the thing, which makes moving it around during fitting difficult. But it's clearly a well-made & solid product, and should provide many years of trouble-free service.

Bit awkward to fit
A smart toile, a little on the small side but that has given me more room in the bathroom. Please note that the water intake is on the left hand side so we had to have a plumber in to do us a pipe to that side, as our other toilet intake was on the right. Not that we ever knew there was left and right hand sided toilets! Also its far easier to put the toilet seat on before you plumb it in as its extremely hard to reach the fixings. Wish we knew that beforehand. Flushes really well. We have a similar one in our downstairs toilet that has given us 12 years service so hopefully this will be just as good.

Wowzer
I bought this toilet today. Looks sleek in the pics but also looks like a kiddies toilet or somewhere in between. Wish I read the last viewers comments. May need to search for bigger seat separately.

Slightly strange
Just had this fitted and all ok except that I was really surprised that the toilet seat is not actually the same size as the toilet. I did not spot this before buying as pictures do not show seat lid in up position. I just cannot imagine why it has been made like this cannot see any advantage and is just weird frankly but it’s in now so stuck with it!

Looks great
Click and collect late morning and fitted before tea. Not the easiest to fit as others have said, flexible supply needs fitting to cistern first ( can test for leaks before pushing into place) and waste is also not so easy to fit. The plus side is that the fittings are hidden from view and this make as it look very smart and tidy

Great unit, easy to install
Took the advice of a previous reviewer and bought a good quailty rubber cistern to pan seal, all the fittings were tight and leak free, seat very easy to fit. As long as you remember to fit the water inlet flexi before you install the toilet it is a doddle, you can even still tighten up the cistern to pan wing nuts as it setlles over time. Very pleased with this toilet
