Missing parts
The tap looks nice but it came without the really important part behind which connects it all to the water. Really disappointed. Need to send it back and it wont be accepted in a store as they don't stock it....

No Back Plate
Product looks great and was just what we wanted however when we tried to fit it we could not see the back plate. As its a fairly important part of making the tap work, we would have expected it to at least be mentioned in the product description or in the "Frequently bought together" section. One tap being returned tomorrow !v

absolute con - mixer tap comes without the back plate, so another £75 to pay and wait for delivery.
