Good but lacking instructions
The product was easy to fit if you are good at diy. There were no instructions at all I was able to work things out for myself, but many would have struggled. Info missing was: how big to make the hole, how much rebating was needed and how long the pin connecting the from to the back should be. That is why I give it 4 out of 5.

Good product brilliant service
Cant believe it, ordered on a Saturday, it was deliverd Monday! Fitted by Monday evening. Needfd it quickly due to guests arriving with no lock on our only bathroom door. Easy to fit, work a treat and looks the part
