Not as described and service poor
Brought and paid for 2 lamps, received only one. Website states shade is grey - IT IS NOT, it is a light brown / beige colour. Definitely not grey!! Numerous calls made to B&Q - no one answered, had to resort to online chat to make contact.

Lampshade is NOT grey, it's beige!
I ordered 2 of these lamps, only 1 arrived even though packing slip states 2. Lampshade is NOT grey as per description, its more of a light beige! Tried to call customer services, after 9 minutes gave up trying to get through. Not impressed with lamp or service - do not recommend.
