Awesome stuff
I got this stuff to use on top of some expanding foam I'd used on a repair around my balcony, when it had cured I used a garden hose on the balcony to clear up dust and debris - the water seriously just beads of of this paint. I was astonished and can't recommend it highly enough. It's really thick and sticky like treacle to work with but it does feel like a tough latex rubber film once it's set

Decent fix for the price
Used to fix a flat roof with slight leak at flashing end, covered about 2 square metres with a thick coat. Went off quick, rained about an hour afterwards and leak sealed. Only complaint is small can for the price.

Peace of mind
As a pensioner, I was so grateful that a friend recommended this product. No more bucket to catch the drops from the leaky roof.

Fantastic product
Dead easy to apply and incredibly weatherproof. painted it directly onto ply roof and is totally waterproof I have used similar products previously, but this is the best by miles, well worth the price, just wear gloves when you use it.

Good does what it says product
It is thick in the tin but shake well before opening helps, did my 20mtrs of flat roof with two 2.5 ltr tins, worked really well, suggest you need the sealant for the seams and joints. Says 48hrs cure but rained after 24 and still a good job.

-No use to Man, nor Beast!
The stuff went hard as I raced to finish the tin! Roof still lets the water in (-would have been better buying a tarpaulin for the price!)

ISOFLEX Liquid Rubber
Excellent product, two coats and roof now fully waterproofed. Tested by hosepipe and no more leaks

The one that really works
I have tried various products but Isoflex is the only one that stays where you put it. On a balcony which is prone to very high temperatures it does not thin and run like other products do. Isoflex is the only product that has really worked

Expensive mistake
Had to take the first tin back because it had set solid in the tin. Replacement was so thick it was difficult to work with. Did not cover whole of tiny shed roof.
