Kitchen waste bin, fits in undersink cupboard.
To my surprise this product has not changed at all since I bought the first about 15 years ago. However the first lasted well, so I guess the second will too.

Waste bin
Great, but I would like to buy a new bucket as a spare part rather then buying the whole thing again.

great little bin
bought over 12 months ago, great I thought at first then the hinge of the lid broke off, poor design could be made of more sterner material.

poor quality
bought this to save space in small kitchen. instructionsare a complete wsste of time, thats if you have a magnifying glass at hand! lid hingevery badly thought about & doesn't work at all, taken it off as don't have time to spend (min 5 minutes) each time i use it to get lid to go down. thinking of returning even though its been used. dont waste money buying this.

Poor Lid Design
This would be a great product if they had paid attention to the lid and its hinge (that fits inside the cupboard side wall). If these were both of a more sturdy design it would work brilliantly. Alas the lid soon splits due to the one-sided lifting lip, which is really weak.

Very disappointed
My husband fitted this bin today and had great difficulty in managing it single - handed. I had to help in the end. The bin doesn't fit and falls straight through the hole in the base! Is there a piece missing that should be fitted? In the end, in order to use the bin, I have placed two chopsticks across the base so as to support it. Tried to get through to the help line number given in the instructions, but could only leave a message. I don't hold out much hope of a response. Not very satisfactory.

Great product, terrible fitting instructions
I bought this a couple of months ago, and have made several hugely frustrating attempts to fit it. Each time I spent a maddening couple of hours trying to read and understand the instructions, and gave up in despair. Then yesterday I tried one more time, threw away the instructions and tried to work out logically how it must work. One attempt to fit it failed (it needs lots of room above to enable you to remove the bucket, so you can't fit it high up the cupboard carcass to save you bending down), however the second attempt worked fine (by ignoring the lid - still can't work out how on earth the hinge fits to the frame, as the instructions suggest). The product itself is great...but the instructions are a shining example of how to make something fairly simple sound ludicrously complicated. They must have been written in one language and translated several times back and forth through several others - ignore them, and be prepared for several hours of frustration plus lots of unnecessary holes in your cupboard shell, but the product is great once it's fitted (even minus the impossible lid).

Very noisy when door opened
Poor replacement to the one we actually wanted in our new fitted kitchen. Design had to be changed due to plumming.

SECOND PURCHASE
I just bought this bin to replace the previous one, which did last several years. The design has not changed. Hence I had to make slight modifications to the hinge slots on the lid. When fitted the lid sticks up causing pressure against the lower hinge. My previous bin broke at the hinge. The modification I did was to widen the slotted holes on the bin lid, this stopped the lid sticking. Should be good for several years now.
