Inferior materials used
I had 8 lights installed by an electrician it was very difficult and he had to result to using glue to keep them in place. Very disappointed and I regret buying them. If it were possible on this review I wouldn't give them any star rating.

Do Not Buy!
We recently had a complete kitchen installed by this company and chose this under cabinet lighting. After 5 months, 2 of the lights failed and as our kitchen fitter had thrown away all necessary paperwork, I contacted the manager who dealt with our fitting and asked him how I could replace the bulbs and as we had a total of 9 fitted is it normal that they only last 5 months. He said he would send replacement lights. I was shocked when a full box turned up with not just bulbs but the whole wiring and casing set. So I had to take the bulbs out of the new casing and replace them into my fitted casings. Not very financially or environmentally friendly when I have to buy a full box of 3 wiring, casings and bulbs to replace one failed bulb!

White light
Just a pity they don't state the type of light colour ( eg blue /white/soft light, this is a white light that will certainly be bright enough for a dark work surface. Check that all led wire looms have the soldered ends as I had to return one lamp due to being inoperative. However B&Q replaced the single led without having to return the complete package ( in case you have already pre installed parts of the kit. Brown wires marked with + as so to insure correct figment and pretty easy to install for the average d,I,y, er just check the content pre purchase.
