A complete nightmare to put the bulbs in
Yes, I have used the little sucker thingy to insert the bulbs. But that doesn't help with getting the placing, and the angle, exactly right to fit in a space one can't see. Again and again the bulb isn't fully engaged, lights up and then goes off again. I have only had these up a couple of days and I am already thoroughly regretting buying them.

Broken in box
The light fitting was broken in the box with wires snapped off. I can only assume that someone else returned it in this state because there was no tie wrap around the box. I was very disappointed to have to return it because we was in the process of fitting it.

great look
Love this product it looks good and goes well in our kitchen. The only disappointment was that it didn't come with low energy bulbs.

Nice unit but fixings too small
Bought this as looked ideal for what I wanted, but once fitted it doesn't seem very sturdy as it pivots on the 2 small mounting screws - it would have been better to have 2 mounting points instead of one.

Excellent Product considering asking price
DO NOT be put off by other reviews, do not handle bulb with your bare hands, laytex gloves ideal, use correct rawl plugs if joist not available for fixing, LED bulbs widely available and prices vary dramatically, shop around, hopefully your wires wont fall out or terminals corrode within 2 months. And then you will be as happy with me over product

jenna spotlight
looked alright until i tried to change bulbs which didn't last very long as the casing are too close to the bulbs...nightmare. now looking for alternative. don't buy it.

Poow workmanship
Bought two of these. One of the bulbs did not workon one fitting. Upon investigation all 4 wires came out of the crimp connection. I am competent so fixed it myself. Then one bulb failed within 24 hours. The enclosed leaflet exhorts you to use low-energy bulbs so why do they package it with halogen dinosaurs?

Problem product
When fitted securely, the whole assembly still wobbled and appeared insecure. Looked smart and easy to rotate and position individual lights. When the bulbs started failing, it was impossible to remove them. They are vey close fitting to the lamp casing and to rotate them, pressure has to be applied to the front glass of the GU 10 bulb whilst trying to rotate. The fittings have corroded and the bulbs refuse to budge. Looks good but waste of time and money. I have never had to throw away a set of these away before instead of changing the bulbs. Useless!
