Bonjour je viens de rentrer chez moi et je n ai pas eu la présence d 'esprit d ouvrir le colis qui n etait pas abimé, le dernier en rayon ! au déballage il manque la serpillere!! dommage!!

Microfiber cloth curls and keeps coming off
Although I like the steam cleaner, I am not at all happy about the Velcro attached cloths. My floor is rustic and not completely smooth. The cloth curls and than comes off and won’t stay put anymore. Any suggestions? Maria

Not Durable
The floor tool broke off, snapped straight through. I don't think it's very durable for long term operation.

Enfin efficace !
Ayant acheté le nettoyeur Karcher depuis 3 ans, je pesais contre le système d'accroche inefficace. Ce modèle retient parfaitement la lingerie. Enfin ! Karcher devrait l'offrir d'office aux acheteur de l'ancien modèle.

Really brilliant cleaning
Brilliant cleaning and great that able to simple wash the pad. The trouble is that two I have had both have broken at the neck. There must be a manufacturing/design fault and neither had been bashed or knocked.

wet marks
I love my new tool, i waited too long to buy it . I had so many problems with my old one and in the end had to tie it to the clips that just didnt hold the microfibre cloths correctly . I wondered if Karcher did a new upgrade and searched for this and was so pleased to find they had upgraded and improved it. The only gripe i have with it is that i do seem to have some excess drips of water on the floor that have to be rubbed out otherwise the floor would be too slippy. If anyone has a counter idea to stop this i would welcome any suggestions ?

I am pleased with the product only disappointed that the original one failed after just two years use. Hope this one will last longer.
