Lightweight and convenient, the Kärcher EWM 2 Electric Wipe Mop makes light work of wiping all your sealed hard floors, including laminate, wood, tile and stone. As you move across the room, the EWM’s super-absorbent rollers pick up all the dirty water and debris, it is then removed into a separate dirty water tank, meaning fresh water stays clean as it's fed onto the self-rotating rollers - much more hygienic than a mop and bucket. Add our specially formulated detergent to the clean water tank for even better dirt removal and a fresh beeswax or citrus scent. When you're done, simply store the machine on the docking station and pop the rollers into the washing machine to clean them ready for next time.

Not as good as expected
Overpriced for what it does. Personally feel I’ve just paid for the name could have bought a cheaper version and it do the same job. Left floors streaky and still had to dry with towel after use

Not sure.
It’s ok but doesn’t give me that bliss feeling you get sometime from new domestic appliances. It does the job and is easier to reach for than a mop and bucket but doesn’t do the job as quick as you might hope.

Great Piece of Kit
I bought this to do all my laminate floors quickly and without effort. It does that in spades. A little fiddly to fill but worth the effort. A VERY mean, miniature "bottle" of cleaning fluid provided - Marketing Stupidity!

Not great
No better than using a normal mop and bucket. The dirty water reservoir is far too small and needs continually emptying, Doesn't clean particularly well, Disappointing. Save your money and buy a standard mop. Spoke to customer services on same day I received the product to explain that I wasn't happy with this item, but no help. Poor.

Seems like a great idea but poor product
The unit is supposed to use solution on the floor and ‘squeeze’ the rollers into a waste tank/reservoir. More often than not, none of this waste water is in the reservoirs therefore it’s just spread over the floor you’ve just wasted half an hour ‘cleaning’. I’ve sent the unit back twice for repairs (once for this reason and the other because of a blockage in supply hoses). No joy. It’s a poor product and struggles to achieve what it’s designed for. It’ll be going on the skip. I wouldn’t give it away.

Easy to use
Bought to replace another faulty model out of warranty. Easy to use but no guide as to when the dirty water tanks need emptying. Just do it after each room when cleaned. Also using other floor cleaning solutions creates a lot of froth, which can leave a trail on the floor. Better than using a mop but a little noisier than my last karcher floor cleaner. A guide on how long a full battery will last before charging would be useful. So far, after cleaning 4 floors there has been over half battery charge remaining.

Poor performance and leaves floor streaky
We upgraded from our steam cleaner and regret doing so. As other reviewers have said we also followed the instructions to a T but it leaves the floors full of marks. My floors have never looked so bad! Our home is pet free and only the two of us, so very little footfall and we take our shoes off at the door. Now looking to find a steam cleaner to replace this machine.

Great piece of kit
Been using this on an Amica floor for awhile now and it is excellent. Very little water layering and it is easy to strip machine down for cleaning
