penny pinching
seriously ? I agree with the reviews , an essential item is " extra " come on ! this item cost pennies when you include in the box . sad that you opennthe box to use and you can't and have to wait a few days to get one . If they penny pinch such a cheap componant what else have they save on ?

Sp 22.000 dirt level sensor pump
I purchased this from screwfix only to find no check valve/ non return valve . Why ???????? Got to buy it seperately . Seriously ??? The pump works fine , just takes nearly a minute before pumping water out . If I knew this before I would t have bought it .

Should be included with Pump
More a review of the SP3 pump, Karcher should be ashamed not to include this with the pump. You don't expect to receive an item only to find that ESSENTIAL accessories like this have to be bought separately before you can use the pump at all. Even with this item, you cannot fit standard UK 1/2 inch hosepipes to it.

Just what was needed, customer service was 5 star
I really struggled to get this part and my machine was useless without it. I emailed and customer service replied promptly. Very friendly/professional and the part was with me in a couple of days despite the current climate with COVID

Quality item, doesn't fit a garden hose
Quality item, disappointed to find it doesn't fit a standard garden hose (UK). Had to buy a Hozelock 2176 Round Tap Connector 18mm Indoor Outdoor Post to attach to the Karcher adapter which went on the pump so that we could attached the garden hose. Worked well with this combination, the pressure from the pump didn't blow off the fittings.

SP3 Pump review
The SP3 is an excellent product. However it is very stupid to sell the product without the vital connection to attach the hose to; without this item the pump will not work at all!
