Batteries are of poor quality
My second battery has failed within 2 years, stored in a warm environment and as recommended. Avoid these at all costs.

Don't Buy
Have had three batteries now for use in a strimmer. Each has failed after about one year at great cost to my wallet and the environment. Now face the difficult decision of whether to throw the working strimmer away (and buying a replacement from another manufacturer) or to carry on throwing money at, and polluting the environment, with these useless batteries.

Awful. Avoid
First battery failed within a year. Karcher did replace. But guess, what? The replacement failed. All stored and used correctly. Karcher now refuse to replace as out of the original warranty period (despite the replacement being less than a year old…) AVOID!

Very poor .
I have had two of these ,used them about 5 times each over less than two years .Stored in warm dry place, charged as advised but failed.Won’t even show charge let alone accept charge.Possibly charger faulty.

Battery Life.
These batteries are useless. I have had five, three of which have died within one year, the other two are new. I have to be fair with Karcher, they have replaced the three. Without the batteries the tools are useless, and this should be of great concern for Karcher. I have three Karcher tools which will be rendered useless when the batteries fail.

Poor standard battery
The battery with the garden power tools were really poor, thy do not last long an year,: I made complaint changed 2 batteries and 1 battery already not charging.

Battery a waste of money
Totally agree with comments on here that batteries die. I had 3 and they all died in a short space of time. Kärcher are supposed to be a superior brand but this product is filling landfill so please do not buy it and Karcher please stop selling it.

Questionable Reliability
I had to buy a second battery as the first lasted only 13months!! If this one does the same, bye bye Karcher.
