Awful
Not compatible with loop in loop out wiring (which is what most people have IME) without adding a junction box. And where's that box going to go? Short of somehow hacking a hole in your ceiling or pulling up the floor above to install it, you won't be able to. The internal connection block only has 2 wire slots so there's nowhere for the switch line. I ended up redoing it all inside the fitting with a chocolate block.
