This product was a nightmare to make
I bought this product the other day, told would take about 4 hrs to build and would only require 2 people for room - infact 2-3 people needed for sides (to hold together) and 5 people for roof. Checked the foundations were level so set about the build. The building instruction booklet was soaked so had to be dried on radiator before commencing - obviously the product had been kept outside in water and the plastic pieces had warped from storage. I was unable to get the side pannels flush with each other (despite base being flat), Roof was a total nightmare to errect and eventually I had to remove the whole roof and build on the ground seperatively to ensure all pieces fitted together squarely (at least the roof was rigid. Took 5 to then lift back on to sides. After 7 hours took a break and went to ask for help from a friend who was an engineer to return to complete the project. In the end the only way the structure could be made safe so that the roof remained attatched was by creating an additional bracing system our selves for the roof. Having checked all corners were square we went on to fit the doors - further adjustments required to parts supplied and they closed. In the end this build took 12 hours !!, 5 people and an additonal engineer, with additional products to complete.

Keter Darwin 8x6 shed
This is an excellent shed, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, everything fits together perfectly, I built mine on my own even though it says it’s a 2 person build. Excellent shed, no maintenance needed just a wash now and again. I would definitely recommend this shed and I would definitely buy again if the need arose. I built mine on a concrete base, and fixed it through the shed floor into the concrete, no issues even after the recent storm.

Metal 8-6 double door shed
Horrid nothing fits , roof slats too small, plastic holding roof slates the corners wouldn't slot together, floor got hole in, double doors don't fit too big even tried altering , worth money yes if b&q checked them first before selling them , should of known when saw how they put there's up as it was dodged and massive gaps, this is my second shed from them no more, it's only because we were despite we bought it

Safe as sheds
A lot stronger than I thought it would be. Steel reinforced frame helps. The brown fits well in the garden and looks expensive. I installed it straight on some flat ground and fixed to the floor. Large enough for a few bikes, lawn mower, golf clubs and some garden tools. Plenty of room. Big double doors make manoeuvring items in and out very easy. As safe as it gets with shed. If a thief wants into any shed he's getting in in a few minutes. This is as good as any. Took me about 4 hours to build and I am a trades person of 18 years with a degree in engineering. Nothing overly complex, but just takes time to be done right.

Worth the care needed in build up
I have a couple of other Keter products so knew this would be a good replacement for an old wooden shed that was coming to the end of its life. The instructions are very clear, be meticulous with levels etc and all will be well. It recommends two people build it but I managed perfectly well on my own. You need to have good access at both sides. Some of the roof panels are a touch awkward to set it place but all good in the end. Will be a great place for my bike and other items.

It looks good and it works
Bought a 6x4 initially , Ive had it a year and its used as an outside toilet . It was straighforward to build but you need a reasonable diy ability and it MUST have a flat level base or it throws up loads of problems . It has performed as it should and didnt leak , warp or fade so decided to add a 8x6 , again had to lay a solid flat level surface , anything else will not work . Ive added shelves by having batons inside ,screwing from outside with washers and a dab of clear silicone for water proofing . Its a good idea to anchor the floor if theres no weight inside as its light if empty.
