Great Look...looks expensive
few tiny problems..few screws not tight. but easily fixed...heats up well ..takes about an hour to reach full heat..Only 1 slight complaint..the control for the thermostat is very small and it is not really clear what temperature it is set at..raised line temp indicator do not.line up with the dot on the turn nob..instructions are not very clear either..just gives indication arrow - or + this is obviously gonna be a try and see to get temp needed...I would have thought the temp indicator which is 5 small raied lines..and the turn nob indicator would have lined up to show if temp was at lowest ie.1 at first line and 2 and second and so on....but it does not ..but sayig that i am pleased with the look and the heat it is giving off is great in a very cold unheated bathroom is great ..just needs a bit of patience to work on the temp settings..

Some problems
The towel rail itself is fine. The installer is impressed with it. The problem was that it was leaking oil. This is because none of the nuts on the side rails had been tightened. They were not even finger tight. Luckily only a small amount had leaked so we kept it. I would recommend that purchasers check the rail as soon as possible after buying to tighten any loose nuts and prevent leaking

Hot but not very hot
This rail comes with a thermostate which means you can adjust the temperature. This is good but the rail does not get extremely hot hence I doubt if I will set it any less than max. I currently have it on for just over an hour and it's hot to touch but I can keep my hand on it. I have a separate central heating radiator so this is ok for my need. Not sure if this rail is hot enough if you want to heat the room as well. Maybe it needs to be on longer than 1 hr to get hotter?
