Great radiator
This is a great bathroom radiator, we buried the pipes in the wall so there are no pipes on the floor to kick or clean round and it rapidly dries our bath towels and bath mat each day. Hint: you can buy chrome coloured pipe sleeves in B&Q to cover the little bits of copper pipe that attach it to the hot water supply for about £2

Quality control .... What quality control?
Bought one of these, got it home and unpacked it to find noticeable dent on bottom rail. Packaging was undamaged to must have been packed like that! Returned it to B & Q for an exchange. Got home only to find that it had an area of chrome plate missing (not damaged, just a flaw in the plating). Ironically the AC label was within a couple of mm of the flaw! Returned it to B & Q for another replacement but this time insisted in unpacking and checking with a staff member. When it appeared okay, took it home. I finally found time to hang the radiator today only to find that three mounting points touched the wall and the fourth was 10-15mm off the wall, floating in mid-air. Obviously the wall must be out of true I thought but finally discovered that the panel had been manufactured with a warp in it, i.e. not completely flat! Guess where I (and the radiator) are going in the morning! Avoid this product like the plague, unless you have plenty of spare time (and petrol) to keep going back to the store.

Timeless Classic
We picked this towel rail to replace the existing small radiator in our bathroom. We are very pleased with it as it fits so well with the contemporary look of the re-designed room.
