Rusty in less than a year
We bought this last year and it was great. We stored it outside but covered from the elements and after getting it out for the summer it's turned rusty and looks horrible. Our other firepit was fine. The instruction manual says "the surface will age and develop rust over time once it is exposed to natural weather elements. This is to be expected and does not constitute an appliance fault". I'm not sure how this is designed to be cooked on if rust is to be expected. I wish we could have read the instruction manual before buying as we'd have chosen something else. If you're thinking about buying this, make sure you have somewhere dry and warm inside to store it because it's obviously not suited to the damp air in England. Disappointed in this as it wasn't cheap either.

Great fire pit
Bought for bonfire night party and worked great. No issues with kids ranging from 3-4 being near it supervised. Provided great warmth and with non smoke logs also provided a great centre piece for the night.

Beautiful and sturdy firepit
We have bought several firepits in the past . This one I was able to build myself in minutes. It's sturdy. Very beautiful to look at. Great safety top and huge bonus an extra groff to bbq. Had some lovely marshmallow burning evenings
