To much hassle
No instructions, parts didn't line up so needed to be bent and twisted to fit. No safe place to hang chain so dangerous when it gets hot. Somewhat dissatisfied but for.£33 I won't expect quality

Will do the job…for a time.
I have a large fire pit so I hoped this would do the job. The build is solid and the cooking grill a fair size. The legs are powder coated so not sure how long they will last for and won’t age as well as cast iron. The chain could be another meter longer with an additional hook at lower part of the leg as the chain hangs into the cooking area. My biggest grumble is the number of safety stickers b&q have stuck on it. Come on guys, they are a pain to peel off and look u slightly. Leave the warnings in the manual

Great tripod
Good quality grill , much better than others I have seen. Nice heavy grill and well worth the money.

Solidly Built, great value
Bought this as a clearance item and it was a steal for the price (£33) Its a good strong tripod, was looking for something to hang my Dutch Oven from that would be strong enough and this does the job, love the pulley for the chain so the height can be adjusted, just need to find a way to stow the loose end of the chain and stop it dangling over the hot fire! The screws holding it together I will replace with allen bolts as the screw heads on the supplied screws arent the best idea and hard to tighten sufficiently. Would be good if there was a storage bag available as theres a fair few parts, had to source my own. Criticisms above are only minor things, maybe apart from the screws, to make a good product into a top notch item In general a very good buy and at the clearance price even better

Good Quality for the price, love it!
The tri-pod is easy to assemble, the grill is quite thick and of good quality and does not flex or warp even when hot. I can see this lasting a long time. The chain mechanism is good. Potential weak points if you are rough with it is the pulley at the top and the threads on the tri-pod legs. Treat it respectfully and this will last you a long time.

Great alternative to bbq
Easy to set up, use and clean. We liked being able to lift the grill and add logs to our fire after cooking on the charcoal. Only design flaw is having another hook further up on the outside so the remaining length of chain doesn't swing back and get hot over the fire. Now I'm hankering after a cauldron to go with it!

See at the store, but search on Amazon get another brand , same price, same quality with extra carry bag, better value than this one

Beautiful solid tripod grill
It's big, it's massive, it's solid, it's just fantastic. Everything is 'heavy duty' the grill itself is 3kg made from thick wire, the chain and legs also really thick and heavy. It really adds up to your garden and I'm sure it'll last forever.
