If it’s just going to be 2 adults using it, it’s all you need. Smaller than others, but big enough. Heats up quicker than larger models. Comes with the updated heater/pump rather than the old egg style. Had an egg one before - rubbish. This new pump is almost too good for this smaller spa, it’s the same pump as some of the larger ones. I’ve had no errors so far unlike on my old one when E02 used to drive me mad. Another plus point is that it doesn’t come with a ‘wrap’ that goes round the spa part. These just trap water in them and go mouldy very quickly. I’m only giving it 4 stars as the lid cover is simply too big, care when it rains required. In addition, they need to invent a cover lifter. Sort these points out and would give 5 stars.

Ok update on this hot tub, we have now owned it for one month. we are very pleased with it . you have to learn how to use it , the very first-time people use them it can seem like a while for it to heat up but once you have used it if you set it at a lower temp while not in use , we set it to 25 you will find that rapid heat gets it back up in about 4 hours , it is better to set it to 25 rather than switch it off because if you switch it off it will cost you more in electric due to having start from zero, the pump works just like a central heating system, set to 25 and once reached it stops heating, if the temp drops to say 23 the pump kicks in and heats it back to 25 , we have contacted our energy company to see how much extra we have used since we bought the spa, it works out at £4 a week , we use it twice a week but never switch it off , a truly wonderful buy .
A great little spa

We bought this after spending months trying to resolve an issue on our wave spa. Wish we had bought this from the start. Ideal for 2 adults and quieter than the wave spa. The only negative is it takes a long time to warm up but this is more to do with us not yet having an outside socket so turn it off in-between uses
E02 error!! Won’t work !!

This worked perfect for 3 weeks ! ( hardly used but kept very clean and constant testing daily news filters when needed ! And suddenly the error E02 is on and I’ve tried everything that’s says to do and still cannot get it to work nothings coming from water flow so seems like pumps broken ?! So annoyed first time I’ve had spare money to get one for my children and now it’s not working! Have emailed bestway to hopefully get a replacement sent out and I’ve heard b&q say to speak to them direct !
