Thin plastic cheap looking, absolute rubbish way to have to buy it too! online shopping customer service from the in-store personnel was poor at best

Shocking after sales support
Made 3 attempts to have a missing part sent out. Still NO satisfaction. Having to buy this part elsewhere. NOT that trusted I was say to B&Q
