A secure method for tieing a scaffold to a fixed structure (wall or similar). The Bullets are fitted into a drilled hole acting as a secure rawlplug. The Anchor Bolt screws into the Bullet. A scaffold tube can fit through the eye in the Anchor Bolt allowing the scaffold to be securely tied to the structure (wall or similar)
