Avoid
Jordan Wheeler owns this Lawnmower, that in itself is a reason to not purchase this item. The blokes a tool.

very poor
im not going to rate this mower because i bought it to cut grass , it does to a point but not short enough even looks like I haven't cut the grass - 25mm lowest cut measured it on flattest part still too long more than it says - probably just mashing on the ground , yeah easy to set up , but does not do the job for the £80 I paid what a waste of money - don't buy it

Broke after just 6 cuts
Bought this just over a year ago. After 6 uses on a small lawn the motor broke a mount and jammed. On investigation the motor was only held in place with plastic mounts, one of which just disintegrated. Very poor quality build/design. Will not last long.

very poor dont buy it
IT does not cut the grass it chews it. It is also hard to manoeuvre, the worst mower I have ever had.

Great machine
Brought about a month ago. Finally got round to using it. First it's really easy to put together. Cuts grass very well, and as are garden is not very flat it handle all are bumps and dips with ease

Lawnmower
Only used once but cut grass perfect looks and feels very well made I was going to buy a Bosch lawnmower but when I looked at them in shop side by side the mac allister lawnmower looked and felt better and had better features and was cheaper I have a drill made by mac allister as well and is the same very well made for little money compared to other brands hope people find this helpful

First impressions
Bought this to replace BOSCH ROTAK 34 which had lasted less than 4 years. Compared to the BOSCH it is not all as solidly constructed and the height adjuster is less robust. Having been a quality assurance engineer I can see that the screws and metal fittings are much lower spec than used by BOSCH. Only time will tell if these become a problem. Assembly was easy, not sure the mulching feature is anything special and must be removed before fitting the grass collector when first assembling. As others mentioned, the cable length is a bit short and I would add that it is not as flexible as the orange cables fitted to most mowers. The BOSH has a roller, which this does not, so if stripes are important you may not want this mower. Given that it was almost half the price of the BOSCH, I'm not complaining and it seemed to work well on my first cut of the year at the 35mm setting. time will tell if the electrics and mechanics last longer than the BOSCH did.

A great piece of kit.
Had this for 3 weeks now and not a single fault. I had let the grass go a bit nuts and was quite long for the initial cut, with it being wet as well I was doubtful it would cope, but, with the adjustable height adjuster it handled it with no problem at all. For sure it made fast work compared to other certain flying mowers I have had in the past and they will remain there, in the past.

Mr
Purchased today after returning a more expensive bosch wich was very tedious in putting together and seemed very cheaply made so took it back purchased this one which was much easier in putting together and seemed an all round better quality product as i would have expected the bosch to be but wasn't
