Very good product
The hight of this product is reasonable. The material is actually good. The stability is not to well as it's a bit wobbly the weight is very good as it is light. The tread is suitable for it's price

Poor quality ladder. Dreadful storage.
The ladder itself is not finished to a good standard. The aluminium at the edges of each step where it meets the frame hasn’t been deburred so is ragged and sharp. There were loads of metal fragments under each step to clean out and hoover. Additionally my unit had been stored exposed to the elements so parts of the finish had tarnished and there was dirt and feathers under the wrapping plastic. In the end I had no choice but to keep the current unit and ask for money back because it was purchased during a move when we needed access to ceilings and high storage and wouldn’t be in at a later date for an equivalent replacement. If you’re reading this I wouldn’t purchase a MacAllister ladder. The cheaper price belies a big drop in quality of the product finish.

Good stable ladder
Needed something to reach out high ceilings when decorating, does the job. Build quality seems quite good and is lightweight.
