A Nightmare to assemble!
No instructions on how to move the stabilising bar from its "delivery position" (wedged very firmly between two of the uprights) to its correct position at the base. Nothing on Youtube and no visible clues. Any ideas, anyone? Have had to rate this product as very low - but likely to improve once I can use it.

Very light easy to handle & versitile.
I this product is very sturdy and easy to use. Adapts to use on stairways and can be setup without resting on any walls which is ideal for paper hanging and decorating without marking the area just been painted. The only small issue I have is with the rungs - they would be better set at an angle so you're foot sits flat on the tread and so be much more comfortable during use.

Not for amateurs!
If you're purchasing this as your first ever ladder, do not! Comes with NO instructions. After two hours of putting together and getting the bolts on and off, we realised one of the parts was faulty, but if there had of been instructions we would of identified the fault MUCH earlier and not wasted our time assuming we were thick!

Useful purchase
I wanted a versatile combination ladder for use both in and outside the house and this fits the bill being light to use. Instructions for use would have been useful and the bracing struts are a bit fiddly (need to make sure they are very tight otherwise they pop out).
