Quick & Easy to Set Up and Use

Replacement grass trimmer
I bought this Mac Allister grass trimmer to replace my last one that had broke . I wasn’t disappointed it perfectly did its job with no problem. The grass due to the consistent rain was a lot higher than I would normally allowed it to get . But like many people, it was just waiting for a break in the weather to get it done . Considering the grass was not as dry as I would have liked , this trimmer had no problem. A great purchase.

Value for money
After looking at lots of strimmers on-line,I decided on this as it has a twin cutting line. I tried cable free,but didn't think it powerful enough. The only downside being that the flower guard cannot be removed,so I find it awkward to cut up against a wall.

Great sturdy strimmer
Bought for hubby as his Borch strimmer packed in. Read the reviews on the Mac Allister strimmer that were all good and I must say we weren't disappointed, with it its an excellent sturdy powerful strimmer and well worth the money.

Fitted the brief
I checked out quite a few reviews for grass trimmers before making my choice. I needed one that wasn't too heavy, but would still do a good job. One that wasn't too complicated to put together Also wanted to be able to edge the lawn with it and lastly One that wasn't too expensive. This one seems to fit the brief, only a bit of work to put it together. Not too heavy but I guess it depends on how much work you need to do. Certainly cuts everything down to size, did a very good job, few bare patches on lawn but never mind !! On offer at B&Q Very pleased with purchase

i bought this item the only thing wrong with it was ithe spool cover broke and now you cannot get a replacement for the model number is mgt45028. so in other words it is a waqste of money if you cannot get replacement parts
