Brakes down & no spare parts
Bought it 3 years ago. I bought it as I has a good experience with my previous Honda lawmower (lasted 25+years). Power was not as expected but ok. Mowing precision and quality average. Even when the collecting bag is big the grass sticks all at the entry of that bag and one has to stop and push the grass manually to the back. Our lawn is about 1200m2 and with some inclination. With higher grass and uphill traction is inefficient and I have to ush hard. Sometimes I have to cut the grass twice , first at 6-7 and then at 5. now exactly 3 yeaars ab 2 months after I purchased the mower traction broke down completely. I checked the obvious failures but this time it's the rather expensive transmission box. Gears inside are worn out. In addition parts are nowhere available. Not recommendable

les pièces tombent au fur et à mesure , achetée il y a deux ans , elle ne tracte plus et fait un bruit bizzare je ne conseille pas car j'ai déjà du faire plusieurs réparations ..

Bonjour, j'ai acheté ce produit il y a 1 an et après plusieurs utilisations , un problème de conception est visible sur le déflecteur du coté, qui se déboite ou fait bloquer l'expulsion d'herbe, les roulements des roues arrière sont défectueux, a voir si prise en charge du sav , la partie moteur me semble fiable cdt

Okay until you need parts!
Machine was okay until I tried to get spares, I then found out that sertronics in Germany was the only place to get parts. Local service companies unable to help. City service companies also. I purchased a new machine with a make that I could get service for!

Superb
My trusty mountford broke down this morning , and bought this absolutely exceptional. The box is quite big and heavy but fits on back seat of saloon. Got it home 2 bolts fuel and oil and away. Started first time and the pace is ideal.

10/10 machine
I have a large garden and this machine tackles it with ease ! smooth and simple to use, powerful engine. has actually put the joy back into cutting. smooth clutch and good sized collection. 51cm cutting diameter so its a big machine, Honda engine is incredible, not once did it dip in rpm and not once did it clog up. from a service perspective and reliability point of view and service centre for lawnmowers will always see get a decent engine and now i agree completely. its a big box so make sure you have space in the car and also remember its a big mower so have space in shed or garage etc. you need 4 stroke oil when you buy this so remember to get as it comes with none. happy cutting ! i easily rate this 101/100
