Horrendous product
Purchased this product today, it is impossible to assemble and very heavy, the back doesn’t clip on without compacting. After 45 minutes I was left so frustrated, going back tomorrow, even writing this review on bnq website was difficult

Fragile niveau poignée alors
Dommage de ne plus pouvoir sans servir uniquement pour poignée plastique ayant cède et n’existant pas en remplacement voulant reprendre le même modèle car évidemment batterie neuve +2chargeurs je ne peux pas l’obtenir par internet seulement en magasin et je n’ pas de voiture à 70ans très pratique

Très bon produit
J'ai acheté ce produit en remplacement d'une tondeuse électrique à fil, j'en suis très content après l'utilisation de cet été. Légère, maniable, rangement facile, beaucoup de détails pratiques bien pensés. L'autonomie est d'environ 1h et correspond aux 400 m2 de mon terrain, la recharge est rapide (env. 1h30).

Tondeuse électrique
J'ai acheté cette tondeuse en aout 2013 et depuis aucun problème j'ai effectue 179,5 recharges, car je la recharge après chaque coupe. 83:05 heures d'utilisation sans aucun problème. J'ai un jardin d'environ 400 m carré. Je la recharge pour l hiver en octobre et en mars pas de soucis la batterie tient sa charge durant les six mois. Je la stock dans un endroit chauffé. J ai aussi acheté le coupe bordure qui fonctionne avec la même batterie. Seul bémol les poignées n'ont pas tenu le coup et sont cassées je la démarre en directe et du coup plus de sécurité. les poignées ne sont plus disponible. Je la recommande vivement.

problème de batterie
j'utilise peu cette tondeuse au castorama d'Annecy pour une résidence secondaire et la batterie ne se recharge déjà plus(voyant rouge)

grass collector
This mower in itself is great but the grass collector and the fitting of it is a joke, it took me 30 mins to actually get it on and then the top flap doesn't close properly, very flimsy for a machine like this.

trop fragile
J'ai acheter cette tondeuse car j'ai environ 500 m2 de pelouse et ça allait bien jusqu'à ce quelle tombe en panne !!! et en plus comme c'est tout du plastique ça casse facilement...
