Blade width
I required a 39mm block plane blade for a wooden European block plane. The Magnusson is in fact packaged as a 41mm blade, not sure where the 38 comes from. It was a simple matter to grind down and at the price, good quality when flattened and sharpened on a diamond stone

Fits perfectly in my Stanley 220
This item is exactly the same as the iron in a classic (made in England) Stanley no 220 block plane. Will definitely buy again.
