Pas pratique
Les touches sont trop près les unes des autres et inconfortables à l’usage. Il faut recomposer le code pour fermer le boîtier et la protection caoutchouc pour les intempéries est simplement coincées par le bas entre le boîtier et le support. Sinon le boîtier semble solide et d’une bonne profondeur (pour télécommande notamment) ce qui n.est pas toujours le cas.

Useful product
Bought this product as we have builders working on our house who required access if we were not home. This was a useful item that now means we have a spare key should one of us forget ours. It was easy to put up and the push buttons are far preferable to the cheaper product with rolling numbers like a bike lock which are difficult for the most nimble fingers to work, let alone arthritic ones! A very satisfactory buy

Badly designed
I bought this product a few months ago for use on our rental villa in Spain. After the second guest arrived it wouldn't open, but have since found out how to get it open again on youtube so anybody could get the key!!! Also, the numbers are barely visible and had to print my own numbers and stick them on with double sided tape. I will be buying a different key safe to replace this one but have yet to find one that is actually safe. Would not recommend.

Very Poor
This product is very poorly designed and manufactured. The buttons are too small and too close together, the numbers are also too small. The bottom fixing hole is too low so you can not get a straight drive on the screw with screwdriver thus rounding off the head of the screw. I also have my suspicions that you could drive the hinge pin out with a hammer and punch and the door will open. The whole idea of a Key Safe is that it should be as secure as the door whose key you want to lock in it. This is probably easier to open than most house doors.

Master lock box
I bought this a number of weeks ago to allow secure access to my mothers house . The installation was excellent although the attachment of the rubber cover was a bit fiddly. Would recommend to others

Easy to install
Whilst very good it is a struggle to open as it doesn't fall down very easily, needs lever to put behind it to help it on the way

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - NOT SECURE
I fitted the product this morning only to find that it is NOT secure! I entered a 4 digit security code eg "6143". I tested the lock and it worked fine with 6143. HOWEVER, it also works with 3416, 1636, 6413 etc IE the 4 digits in ANY order. Using a longer number only makes the security WEAKER - ultimately if all the numbers were set then they could all be pressed in ANY order to open the safe. THIS PRODUCT IN NOT SECURE AND CLEARLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE!
