Poor quality
New home and new shower for ensuite. Looks lovely but lasted 18 months, switch on inside was wet and had rusted. Not been in use for about a year only now changing as main bathroom shower has failed.

Poor quality
Had the shower installed by BandQ fitter but after less than a year it doesn’t heat the water. Really disappointing and poor quality especially for the price

terrible product
Bought this electric shower thinking this was a good brand as it installed by a plumber and electrician and then it broke down and stopped working 7 months later and well over priced for the it's quality.

Smart and simple
This is a simple-to-use, good-looking shower. The controls are straightforward and uncomplicated. The showerhead is a good size but don't expect a powerful spray, especially in cold weather when mains water is at a low temperature. It does it's best, but at the end of the day it's just an electric shower. Not a lot better than the 30-year old Mira Sport it was bought to replace. Also, the shower hose is quite inflexible. I'm hoping it will improve with time, otherwise I'll be putting my old hose back!
