Poor Quality and Poor Performance.
This was purchased to replace our old 10.5Kw shower and I am disappointed by it's quality and performance. The plastic body is thin and flimsy and does not fit together very well. There is also a noticeable mains hum whilst the shower is in use that varies when adjusting the controls.. For a so called 10.8Kw unit I am somewhat surprised by it's poor performance as the flow rate is far less than my previous shower running at the same temperature. I would like to add that the electric supply cable fitted in our bathroom is of the correct size and the water supply to the shower uses a full bore inspection valve so there are no restrictive issues there that could cause this. Annoyingly the shower also came with the two pole end caps missing so I would advise checking the contents before assembly. Please consider my comments if you consider buying this shower, for little extra money you can buy a far better unit than this. As the saying goes 'buy cheap and buy twice' and I only wish I had listened to my gut feeling in the first place!

Quickly changes temperature
I bought this item a month ago and fitted it a few days later. It was very easy to install and works great.
