Easy to fit
Bought to replace rail when the shower head holder snapped. Delighted this one fitted existing holes, no faffing about drilling new holes or adjusting. Knocked one star off as I would prefer not to have the soap-holder tray on the bottom. I didn’t fit my hose through it, as I need maximum hose length to clean around large shower cubicle. There’s no alternative stopper for the bottom of rail, so I’ve had to fit a pointless tray.

A good sturdy replacement shower rail
I purchased this unit to replace an existing broken shower rail. The main consideration being to use the existing tile fixing holes. The rail is 680mm in length where most I found were around 600m. The horizontal single screw fixing brackets easily covered the two fixing holes from my previous unit plus the bracket fixing slot provides an additional 3-4mm horizontal movement either way just for good measure. Very easy to install. No problems whatsoever with the shower head fitting the holder. I'm not a big fan of soap dishes and it was my intention to use the rial without it albeit this is not possible as the pack only comes with one end rail cap. A second end cap would be nice to see as it would also give the option of not having to use the soap dish.

We are so impressed with this shower rail
We bought this shower rail because ours cracked , it was plastic so went for a this one , it’s great easy to move up and down turn and looks a lot better than our old one, love it

Easy to fit
After reading some of the reviews here I nearly didn’t purchase this product as thought it may not be universal fit for my shower head, however read what the Mira expert said in that you may need to turn the holder for the shower head upside down to accommodate the fit of the shower head if it doesn’t seem to fit. Did this and fits my shower head perfectly so to those who say it isn’t universal fit just turn it around and it will accommodate ANY shower head. Bit pricey compared to other shower holders, but like the feature of the soap tray/ shower gel holder, saves me fitting one to the wall.

So happy you had this product in stock as unable to use shower. Simple to fit and no need to drill more holes! Competitive price too. Some other suppliers quoted at least a week for delivery.

Shower Clamp too small
Bought to replace old Mira response shower rail, riser went on fine, but the clamp it too small to hold the shower head )also a Mira, with a Mira hose! comes straight back off - waste of time and money and will be returned.

Box says works on all showers universal fit clearly not as per most of the other reviews it doesn't fit
