Product works fine but quite expensive
Product works fine but is relatively expensive compared to equivalent models with slightly different baseplate designs.

Disappointing
This product will not mount to a plasterboard ceiling, with rafters above, without a ceiling mounting block. A separate item. Went local and bought an all-in-one pull cord ceiling switch. Cannot properly review as item was not used by me. Now just sitting on a shelf.

QC should check the mounting block
The mounting block was a bad fit, leaving a very narrow gap with the MK Ceiling Switch, which I had to seal!

Good easy purchase
My old bathroom light pull switch was starting to develop a fault. I decided to replace it. I found this one on the B & Q web site and reserved it for collection. I was impressed by how easy it was; just took a copy of the confirmation into the store. The lady at the information counter asked what it was and went in to the back and came straight out with it. I paid and left. The only thing I found was the new screws did not fit the old mounting so I just used the original screws; no problem, and all working well.
