Very poor quality

I’ve bought 2 of these and both have seized up within a year. Very poor quality for the price and recommend B&Q change their supplier
Known fault, never gets addressed

I've bought two off these switches, had to return both as one of the ways goes open circuit and won't make. The neon flickers but the shower is dead, pull cord again and neon on full and showers works. What's going on? I've seen this same fault reported on other sellers sites, so it's know about

This switch does not switch on or off. Therefore value for money equals zero and the quality is extremely poor. It appears that others writing reviews are not happy with the poor quality. Is there a better alternative?
