Shocking
I bought three sets of these and really wish I had not. the quality of the wood is very poo, especially in relation to the posts. The posts are a dark colour, the does not match the railings. I am now looking into bleaching them. pg

Very poor product
Very disappointed with the package as a whole. There are no brackets for the cross supports, no fixings, no instructions or handy suggestion tips. The idea of having home delivery was to save a visit to the store, in the end I had to go to the store to buy the extras required at a cost of £23. The quality of wood was below the standard I would have expected for the price. The construction of the railings was very tricky to get the spacings the same and square. A lot of room for improvement B & Q. May I suggest one on display in the store at ground level, not stuck high up on a wall.

poor quality
The timber quality was generally poor, some of the spindles were badly warped and twisted, there were no fixings included in the kit and no fitting instructions provided

Not bad
Cheap and cheerful, no instructions, brackets or screws just work it out for your self, done the job though
