Very Good
Very pleased with this hood. Needed it to fit in existing space as we moved in and had the kitchen refitted but kept original hood as only 18 months old. Very powerful but cannot use higher fan numbers as hood blows gas hob rings out, but still very happy with it.

Great, but faulty after two years
This replaced a Stoves/New World unit that had served us well for over twenty years. The new NEFF unit (a direct interchangeable replacement) fitted well but appeared to be flimsier using thinner sheet metal. It has a more powerful 3 speed motor, better LED lights and control buttons, but seems to be noisier. The 3 speeds seem virtually the same - nearly flat out, very nearly flat out and flat out. Last week, three months after the warranty ran out, a slight rattle became evident and then one day nothing happened on pressing button 1. On buttons 2 and 3 the motor now starts very slowly, then builds up speed over several seconds. Something has gone wrong - either the switch or the motor itself.

Quiet and effective
Very effective. I rarely need to use a setting above the lowest, which is very quiet, far quieter than a kettle or microwave. Tidy and discrete when not in use. Lights are warm white and bright. Highly recommended

Great but then switch stopped working 2 yrs
Powerful and good cooker hood. Much better then the one it replaced. Switches stopped working just after 2 years. ( 1 month after warranty ended)

Extractor unit
Replaced my previous Neff unit which was 25 years old Led lights are big improvement on older version and 3 phase extraction works well. It is also great that the filters are not consumables now and can be easily washed
