Noisy and could be designed better
Looks nice but....The hood is noisy and vibrates when in use, even on a low setting. The glass is secured by two large screws which are dirt traps. Would have been good if they'd been supplied with plastic caps to prevent dirt lodging in screw head. Frustratingly when turned on it default to number 2, rather than the lowest setting.

Poor customer service
Due to the problems with supply due to covid I ordered this hood ahead of when it was needed to avoide delaying installation - It was delivered December 2021 and installation started beginning of February 2022, when unboxing we discovered a scratch across the front of the chimney - transit damage according to the customer service team. But they cannot replace the hood as it is outside of the 28 day window for reporting damage. I now need to either buy a steel care product (which may not work) or a full price replacement cover. I am being penalised for planning ahead and getting the product delivered a few weeks ahead of when its required, due to the difficulty in getting the products in the first place.

Very noisy
Bought this one to replace my one that was less than 7 years old. It had many problems. However, when you pay a lot for a kitchen, for a particular look, you want to maintain the look. Replacement was installed 23/11/2018 and have used it several times since. The new one is considerably noisier than the old one was, such that I have the kitchen company who installed it coming back to check it out... Sounds like something is catching inside the fan as it turns... Watch this space...
